Droonimaailm.ee online store terms and conditions<\/h2>\n

1. Scope and validity of the terms<\/strong><\/h3>\n

These general and ordering terms of the Aeromeedia O\u00dc online store (hereinafter the seller and the terms) apply to all persons (hereinafter the buyer\/customer) using the www.droonimaailm.ee online store (hereinafter the online store), ordering goods and services (hereinafter goods), including entering into a contract for the purchase of goods from the online store (hereinafter the sales contract).<\/p>\n

By accepting the terms, the buyer confirms that they have read, agree to and will comply with the terms of the sales contract.<\/p>\n

2. Purchasing goods and placing an order in the online store<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Goods with an \u201cAdd to cart\u201d link can be purchased from the online store. Prices and availability may change without notice. If the buyer places an order before a price change, the price applicable when the order was placed applies.<\/p>\n

The seller may withdraw from a sales contract concluded through the online store and decline to supply the goods or services if the goods are out of stock, goods marked \u201cOn order\u201d are out of stock, or the price or characteristics were displayed incorrectly due to a system error. Orders are processed within 1\u20135 working days.<\/p>\n

3. Shopping cart and checkout<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To order goods, select a suitable delivery method. Further delivery details will be requested at checkout. Read the online store\u2019s purchasing terms and, if you agree, confirm this by ticking the checkbox beside the terms.<\/p>\n

Confirm your order by clicking \u201cPlace order\u201d. Please enter the order details carefully to ensure prompt and trouble-free delivery.<\/p>\n

The sales contract is deemed concluded when the amount payable under the order confirmation reaches Aeromeedia O\u00dc\u2019s bank account or when an instalment agreement is signed. The seller will not fulfil an unpaid order confirmation.<\/p>\n

4. Payment for goods<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Products can be paid for via PayPal or bank transfer.<\/p>\n

After payment, the online store sends an order confirmation. You can print the invoice by logging into your account and selecting your orders.<\/p>\n

All personal data disclosed while visiting or purchasing from the Droonimaailm.ee online store is treated as confidential information.<\/p>\n

5. Delivery and handover of products<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Goods are delivered to the delivery address entered in the order. The buyer is notified of delivery using the contact details provided at checkout. Ordered goods are transported under the delivery terms applicable when the order is placed.<\/p>\n

Please ensure that the contact details provided at checkout are correct to avoid delivery delays and misunderstandings. Aeromeedia O\u00dc is not responsible for delays or misunderstandings caused by inaccurate or incorrect information supplied by you when placing the order.<\/p>\n

If the buyer does not collect the goods within 14 (fourteen) days after the agreed collection date, the buyer is deemed to have breached the sales contract and no longer wish to receive the goods. The seller may unilaterally withdraw from the contract, claim compensation for damage (such as storage costs) and offset its losses against amounts prepaid by the buyer.<\/p>\n

6. Withdrawal from the sales contract and return of goods<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The consumer may withdraw from the sales contract within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods marked \u201cOn order\u201d, custom orders or services already provided (drone repairs, diagnostics and drone construction), and payments for these are not refunded to the buyer.<\/p>\n

Upon withdrawal, the goods and packaging must be unused and complete. All gifts and other added benefits provided under the sales contract must also be returned.<\/p>\n

If used or incomplete goods are returned, the seller may reject the buyer\u2019s withdrawal request or deduct the reduction in the goods\u2019 value from the refund. On withdrawal, the seller may deduct up to \u20ac10 from the refund to cover handling costs. If the buyer does not return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request, the seller may reject the request.<\/p>\n

Goods may be returned by post upon withdrawal from the sales contract.<\/p>\n

Before returning goods, please complete the withdrawal form<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The purchase amount is refunded within 14 days after the seller receives the returned goods. Payments made by bank link or transfer are refunded to the account from which payment was received, in accordance with the payment method selected at checkout. For credit card payments, a transaction cancellation request is submitted to the card payment processor.<\/p>\n
