14-day right of withdrawal

• If the goods you purchased are unsuitable for any reason, you may return the product within 14 days and receive a refund (in accordance with the online store’s terms and conditions).

• Goods cannot be returned if they were custom-made to the customer’s personal requirements or specifications. Products unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons cannot be returned if they have been unsealed after delivery. Unsealed audio or video recordings and computer software also cannot be returned.

• To return a product, please complete the withdrawal form.

• Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

• We will refund the returned product to the customer’s bank account within 14 days of receiving it.
