Privacy policy

Data protection and processing principles

The seller ensures that the buyer’s data, including personal data, is protected and used in accordance with the privacy policy. The buyer confirms that they have read and agree to the privacy policy. Subject to applicable legislation and the privacy policy, the seller may process data, including personal data, without the buyer’s consent to the extent necessary for using the online store, performing the sales contract or ensuring its performance. This includes the right, without separate consent, to send notices concerning use of the online store, including notices needed for users’ security, and to retain the order details of logged-in buyers to improve customer service and provide evidence of transactions, including, for a reasonable period, orders not completed during a session.

If the buyer has consented to the use of their data for marketing when entering into a customer agreement or by another affirmative expression of consent (for example, through self-service), the seller uses that data for the purposes and under the conditions set out in the privacy policy, including sending personalised direct marketing, campaign and special offers for goods and services electronically, for example by email or SMS.

The buyer may withdraw consent to the use of their data for marketing at any time by emailing the seller or following the unsubscribe instructions in a direct marketing message sent to their email address.
